Crazy!

That's less than 10m by the looks of things.

Unbelievably stupid.
It was like a combination of the 1995 World Cup flyover and 9/11
‘The two Airlink passenger jets flew approximately 12.5 to 14 meters (41 to 46 feet) above the roof of Cape Town’s DHL Stadium during the pre-match flyover.’ That’s stunningly close
I was certain it was a miscalculation on the part of the pilot when I saw it. Thankfully there were no mishaps!
The height in particular of the black plane must surely have violated international flight rules it was so low.
Rennie’s asked why no permanent red card and penalty try not awarded from the kick off,,,,,,,,
Black and fern cloaking device, patented by one Sir Richie, hid any indiscretions.
Those were 737s
The diameter of a fuselage of one of those 3.8m.
How many fuselage spaces is that plane from the roof of the stadium?
They were far too low. It really is an accident waiting to happen.
At first I thought it was AI, or an optical illusion.
The one plane even caught some of the fireworks smoke.
I hope the end this BS right now. This could have been a fatality and so much worse and for the game

I have another pic of someone passing the pilot a beer as he flies over but it keeps getting cropped.
Is that Plum?
@Denny ... truly shameful
IMO it was reckless, unnecessary and just plain stupid...there should be consequences...or not:
klop
Quite a marketing campaign.
I think the pilot/s will be getting a raise
I think the airline will be hearing from Boeing

South African airline defends dramatic low-level flyby before rugby union clash
A pre-game stunt involving two passenger jets flying dramatically low over a stadium in South Africa drew huge cheers from the crowd, but also sparked a major debate over safety risks
the Guardian
Is there any subject that doesn’t prompt Guardian hand wringing?
GDS :-)
LOL
That looks like a Plum creation
We are entering a new world man.
When i made that chess game i was going step by step. Then my buddy suggested i just download the OpenAI app and used a thing called codex. It made that chess game for me in about 20 minutes, start to finish....zero coding required and working perfectly.
I've moved onto a bigger project now.
It's been hilarious watching overseas media react to this. Everything is a catastrophic event for these crybabies. Remember to be afraid, folks. Stay home and save lives.
haha
I still think it was a tad dangerous !
