Incident timestamp 7:44 Sacha does a flat cross field kick...Kolbe runs down the wing and taps on with his foot but never collects the ball...yet a tackle is made on him and it slows him possibly preventing him from scoring a try. I don't know the answer, but as far as I do know, you can't tackle someone unless they have at least some sort of control of the ball. Thoughts?

Probably okay, the bounce of the ball was favouring the AB player coming back, don't know if the hit on Kolbe influenced things much. Definitely don't think it can be a penalty try. Maybe a penalty but we got one anyway there.
