in South Africa, we pay a lot of money towards public schooling...without this extra levy, public schools would be absolutely useless...parents of former model C schools contribute much more than the government therefore the parents should atleast have some say about what is tought.
These model C schools operate on the same level of excellence as some of the best private schools...unique to SA I think.
